Oh My Venus, 오 마이 비너스, Is it possible to go back to the top if you go from being a slender and beautiful woman in high school to an overweight adult woman? Kang Joo Eun (Shin Min Ah) was the envy of all the girls and the desire of all the boys in high school for her face and pretty figure. Despite coming from a poor family, Joo Eun was determined to go to law school and become a lawyer.
At 33, she has achieved her career goals and has been in a stable relationship with her high school boyfriend, Im Woo Sik (Jung Gyu Woon), for 15 years. But she has let herself go in recent years and is now overweight and is often ignored and overlooked by society and her co-workers. On a plane trip back from a quick business trip to the United States, Joo Eun has an embarrassing run-in with Kim Young Ho (So Ji Sub) and her two cronies, Jang Joon Sung (Sung Hoon) and Kim Ji Woong ( Henry ). Young Ho is a celebrity personal trainer who is involved in a scandal in the United States and is forced to flee to Korea until things cool down. But her wealthy family has other plans for her.
As soon as it is discovered that she is back in Korea, her grandmother appoints Young Ho as the new president of the family's medical services company and prevents her from returning to America.
